Leslie M Gray

Les Gray is the founder and managing director of Morgan Group. At Morgan, Les directs the development and execution of algorithmic trading models.

Les is an engineer and scientist who spent his early career in advanced signal processing as a consulting scientist to the U.S. Navy in the field of Underwater Acoustics.

Les has a B.S. in Naval Architecture from Webb Institute and a graduate degree in Ocean Engineering from Catholic University.

Leadership and Entrepreneurship

He founded and led as CEO the firm Airflow Research and Manufacturing, applying U.S. Navy propeller technology to develop quiet and efficient fans for automotive OEMs.

Following the successful sale and integration of Airflow with entrepreneurship, Les taught entrepreneurship at MIT and consulted on new venture creation.

Trading System Development

Les has been the primary technical force behind the development of the Trading Systems over the past 15+ years.

Kent Greenwald

Kent started his career as a U.S. Navy acoustic scientist, joining Les at Airflow as Head of Engineering and subsequently serving as VP following the Bosch acquisition.

Linda D. Chenoweth

Linda has a degree in English from McDaniel College and a career as a management consultant in human resources for organizations including Benefacts, Mercer Consulting, and TPF&C.

Her clients included United Airlines, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and the Sherwin-Williams Co. After retiring from consulting, Linda served as a lobbyist for the Virginia Birth-related Neurological Injury Compensation Program.
